Registered Graduate & Senate Election System
The official channel for graduates of departments, institutes, and affiliated colleges to verify academic eligibility, complete the enrollment form, and prepare for the election of twenty-five Senate members.
Who may apply
For every graduate of the university
The same enrollment form is used whether you studied in a department, an institute, or an affiliated college.
- 1
Already a Registered Graduate
Enter your RG ID to load the existing record. Any blank field can be completed later from the dashboard.
- 2
Not yet enrolled
Enter your DU registration number. University records pre-fill the enrollment form where a match exists.
- 3
Identification not at hand
Complete Appendix A in full for administrator review. Payment is withheld until that review is finished.
Eligibility
Two conditions before the form
Applicants who load university records with a registration number must satisfy both rules. Those who do not meet them are stopped at once and are not asked for a profile or payment.
- 1
One academic year
The degree programme lasted at least one academic year.
- 2
Three years since graduation
Graduation was at least three years before the date of application.
How to apply
Six steps, in order
Each step is saved as you go, so an application may be continued at any time from the dashboard.
- 1
Account
Register with a Bangladesh mobile number, confirm the OTP, and sign in.
- 2
RG status
State whether you already hold an RG ID, or are not yet a Registered Graduate.
- 3
Identification
Existing members enter an RG ID; new applicants enter a DU registration number.
- 4
Auto-fill and eligibility
A matching record pre-fills Appendix A, and the eligibility rules are applied.
- 5
Enrollment form
Review the auto-filled fields, or complete the full form for administrator approval.
- 6
Membership
Optional. Session at Taka 1,000 for three years, or lifetime at Taka 2,500.
